Our journal is an open access journal that aims to help in dissemination of high quality researches in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and provide our readers with the best original scientific articles.

First of all you should have been registered with EBWHJ so, you have a username and password, after logging in got to User Home in the horizontal panel.
Important Notice: During your registration, make sure that you have ticked the box of the author role not the reader only, if you forget to do so, go to Edit My Profile and tick the author box.

  • Layout of the Manuscript:

The manuscript should be submitted in a Microsoft word, RTF, or word-perfect document file format.

Page layout: the text should be on paper size A4 and the margins of the paper should be as follow 4cm for the upper and left margins and 2 cm for the lower and right margins.

Line Spacing and font style: Double-spaced lines, of 11-point font and employs italics and bolds rather than underlining except for URL links.

Manuscript Language: The manuscript language should be English.

  • Structure of the Manuscript: The manuscript should be composed of the following a Title page, an Abstract and a Main Manuscript.

Title Page: In this page write the title of the manuscript as well as list all the authors with their affiliations and suffix. In addition to that state the corresponding author and his details including his email, phone number and mailing address.

Abstract: Should be in separate page and follow these headlines:

Objectives: in which the author should present the aim from this manuscript.

Study Design: state clearly type of the study and its design.

Patients and Methods: that should illustrate the settings of the study and how does it conducted?

Results: shows the outcomes of the study and what is its statistical significance?

Conclusion: summaries the main findings in few words.

Keywords: enumerate not more than five words that closest related to the manuscript topic.

Main Manuscript: Should follow these headings: Introduction, Patients and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, References and Acknowledgements.

Introduction: should be short.

Patients and Methods: detailed information about the type of the stud and its settings as well as the statistical analysis method should be included.

References: numbered inside the manuscript and bracketed [ ], then listed according to their order in the main manuscript. All authors should be written down, unless, more than five write the first five then write et al.

  • Acknowledgement:

Could be done only to the organization conducting the study or funded it.

  • Tables and figures:

Should be place appropriately according to their place in the manuscript and not uploaded separately.

  • Word limits:

The title is within 50 words, and the running title within 25 words. The abstract should not be more than 250 words and the main manuscript without the tables, references and acknowledgement should not exceed 3000 words.

  • Submission Process:

To submit your manuscript enter your author center and click on Start New Submission.

In this part you have to complete the following steps:

Journal Section: In this part you will choose the type of your submission is it a letter to the editor, original article or systematic review.

Submission Check List: Read the checklist carefully and tick all the boxes to proceed with the submission process.

Journal Privacy Statement: Please read carefully the journal privacy policy and confirm your agreement by ticking the box.

Comments for the Editor: In this section you can enter any notes about the manuscript to the editor or paste your cover letter.

Step 2: Entering Metadata
This step requests from you to give a further details about the manuscript:

Authors: Give details about the authors and organize their rank by the arrows up and down to move author from rank to another. In addition to that determine the corresponding author.

Title: Write the title of your manuscript with a word limit of not exceeding 50 words.

Abstract: Write or copy and paste your abstract in this area, the word limit for the abstract is 250 words.

Indexing:
    Keywords: Please enter 3 to 6 keywords that are most relevant to the manuscript.
    Language: choose the code of English language.

ICMJE Disclosure Form: Please download the ICMJE disclosure of interest form that this is a uniform form created by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors for disclosure of interests, fill it and save it you will be asked to upload it later on.

  • Step 3: Upload your Submission

Upload your Manuscript that is composed of three parts Title page, Abstract and main Manuscript.

  • Step 4: Upload Supplementary Files

Upload the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors Uniform Disclosure Form for Potential Conflicts of Interests.

Upload any supplementary materials that are relevant for the manuscript.

  • Step 5: Confirming Submission

Please click on your manuscript to verify it before finishing the submission as once you click finish submission you will not be able to make any changes.
