Stem cell supernatant fluid as a co-culture medium may improve poor embryo quality

Abstract


Objective: Evaluation of the effect of stem cells supernatant fluid on development of poor quality embryos.
Study Design:
Pilot randomized study.
Patients and Methods:
This study has been done at tertiary referral center in which supernumerary embryos obtained from women undergoing IVF cycle were randomly divided into two groups: Group I : 20 microns of Stem cell supernatant fluid was applied over each embryo then dishes are incubated at 37C and 5% CO2 for another3 days. Group II : considered as a control group where no stem cell supernatant fluid was added.
Results:
